This Privacy Policy applies only to the web site, which is owned or controlled by Pharmavite LLC ("Pharmavite," "we" or "us"), and other interactive features or downloads made available through the web site or that interact with the web site and include a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Site and does not cover any information collected at any other web site or offline by Pharmavite (unless specifically stated). This Privacy Policy explains Pharmavite's information collection practices at the Site, such as the types of information Pharmavite collects regarding visitors to the Site and how we may use that information. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully. In addition, please review the Site's Terms of Use, which governs your use of the Site.

This Site is a general audience web site but is not designed or intended to attract persons younger than the age of 18. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect personal information from any person we know is younger than the age of 18 and we will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of 18. Business Transfers. Pharmavite may share Personal Information with its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates for internal reasons.
